BUY YOUR MOVE
MOVE UAntwerpen and MOVE AP gives students and staff of the University of Antwerp (incl. alumni) and AP University College access to the University of Antwerp sports program. Access is also guaranteed to an extensive cultural program organized by the Rubi – The Cultural Factory. You can buy your MOVE starting on the 1st of July.

WHAT IS MOVE?
MOVE offers the largest range of sports activities for Antwerp students. Throughout the academic year, you can participate for free in weekly group classes and training sessions, student competitions, rent a sports hall, take part in events, and engage in a variety of cultural activities with your MOVE membership.
MOVE is a digital sports and cultural card for students and staff members of Antwerp educational institutions. Through an application, you gain access to various sports activities, sports partners, events, cultural activities and much more.
WHO ?
Students, staff and alumni of the University of Antwerp, AP University College Antwerp (with exception of alumni), Antwerp Management School and Linguapolis can buy a MOVE .
VALIDITY?
You can purchase a MOVE at any time during the year, but keep in mind that each MOVE is valid for only one academic year. The old MOVE membership expires on June 30th, and a new MOVE subscription begins on July 1st.
REIMBURSEMENT HEALTH CARE INSURANCE ?
MOVE can be reimbursed completely or partly by Flemish health care insurances. After you bought your MOVE you will automatically receive an official form to apply for the reimbursement, together with your confirmation mail.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

ACCESS VENUES ?
Access will be granted via the MOVE App. After purchasing your MOVE you will receive a link to the app in your confirmation mail. The Sports Office will provide an alternative for the app in case you don’t own a smartphone.
ACCIDENT ?
Students and staff are always insured for sport accidents. Alumni and retired staff members are not covered. When you drop out of university or university college during the academic year, your MOVE remains valid but you are no longer insured.
